Hi, you can call me Ally!

I’m a recent grad seeking opportunities that will allow me to build a career in the live music industry, specifically event coordination and production.
I have educational experience in art direction, project operations, strategy, copywriting, and social media.

I'm deeply passionate about music, fostering genuine connections, and fascinated by events that help bring these things, and so much more, together.
My Work

I organically met the co-owner of Festival Wi-Fi Guys, Andrew, at my first music festival ever, and we instantly formed a connection. He needed a young and fresh perspective to join his "nerdy internet team," and my boyfriend and I were up for the challenge. Over the course of just a few months, we worked events like Ohm on the Range, Das Energi, and Same Same but Different. Holding this role has taught me so much, and I've soaked it all up like a sponge—only now wanting to learn more about the industry and all of the behind-the-scenes. Most importantly, I've been constantly reminded about the importance of this community and staying connected. We hear so many stories about how our internet provides people with the means to keep in contact, sell their incredible one-of-a-kind items at vendor booths, and makes the AV technician's job even a little bit easier, just to name a few examples. I am forever grateful to be a part of this team and "live" at the hub of so many amazing events, helping provide a little bit of the magic that brings it all together. <3

About Me
I’m a recent University of Oregon grad and a Portland native, where I grew up doodling on the sides of my notebooks, and spending my free time problem-solving through DIY projects. I've always been drawn to building ideas from concept to completion, and I thrive on bringing structure to creativity.
With a brain that functions like a color-coordinated file cabinet, I'm confident that I could manage any project from start to finish—as long as the "start" involves an iced vanilla latte (;

All throughout college I often thought about the saying, "Do what you love, and you'll never work a day in your life." Inspired so deeply by music, I plan to center my career around it by working in live event coordination—where creativity, organization, and execution intersect.
I want the heart of what I do to be curating spaces that bring people together and create memories that last long after the space itself.
